And in order to ensure the quality of the products, we have a team of quality control inspectors, who keep a close vigil on every stage of manufacturing. We strongly believe in up-gradation and development of the technology to make products more user friendly.
Quality Assurance
Our research team routinely uses a variety of advanced analytical techniques to obtain the comprehensive data necessary for effective transmission development. Our highly equipped lab enables us to conduct variety of tests to ensure quality of the product at every level.
Our lab is equipped with the following testing equipments:
- Well-equipped lab for Chemical analysis 'C' & 'S' analyzer & other equipments.
- Carbon equivalent, Carbon & Silicon analyzer.
- Computerised tests to get nodularity & nodule count, magnesium content from liquid metal of S.G. Iron also Hardness, tensile for grey iron.
- Sand testing equipment.
